Tends machine equipped with air-jet chambers through which
continuous filament yarn is processed to change texture and
increase bulk of yarn: Creels machine and threads yarn ends
through machine guides, over feed rollers, air-jet chambers,
tension guides, and drop wries. Loops end of yarn around takeup
spool.
Turns valve to satrt compressed air through jets to blow
loops into yarn filaments, changing physical structure of yarn.
Observes processing of yarn to detect breaks in yarn and filled
taekup spools. Ties broken yarn ends. Pulls lever to stop
spindle and dfofs full package. Imporatnt variables may be
indicated by trade name of texturing process or machine used.
